The Dreamwalkers’ Charter

Nine promises, binding in our terms.

  1. You can leave in one step, and your data goes with you or is deleted.
  2. Nobody, in or out of character, will message you first, ask for money in character, or ask for your password.
  3. Nothing is sold by chance, and nothing you pay for buys rank, votes or canon.
  4. We never send you anything between 10pm and 7am your time.
  5. If we remove something of yours, we tell you why, in plain English, and a different person reviews it if you appeal.
  6. We never sell or share your data for advertising, and there are no ads.
  7. Fiction is always one click from the facts.
  8. What we promise to deliver, we deliver or refund.
  9. If you are in trouble, a person will answer.
