Refunds and returns

If something is not right, we put it right or give you your money back. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5 working days and always within 14 days.
The Guest Book
A full refund of the £3.00, for any reason, at any time until your name is delivered. Ask with the form below and it is refunded straight away.
Objects from Lost Property
You can cancel any order for goods within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal). We refund the price and the standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back, or of your proof that you have sent it.
On top of that, you can return anything unused within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the price and the original delivery. We send you a prepaid return label.
Printed-to-order items (prints, tees, calendars) are printed from our own designs, so the 14 days apply to them too. After that they can be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
If something arrives damaged or never arrives, tell us and we replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Pre-orders
Nothing is charged for a pre-order until it is posted. Stripe saves your card when you order, and the product page, your cart and your order page show the date we expect to dispatch it by.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is posted, from your order page, at no cost. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
If dispatch slips more than 30 days past the date we gave you, we email you, and you can still cancel for free or keep waiting.
A digital pre-order (a download or licence not ready yet) works the same way: nothing is charged until it is delivered, and you can cancel for free before then.
Once it arrives, it is like anything else from Lost Property: 14 days to cancel for any reason, and 30 days to return it unused.
Memberships
Cancel within 14 days of joining, or of an annual renewal, and we refund everything you paid. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal. See the membership terms.
Downloads and licences
Ebooks, fonts and packs are refundable within 14 days if you have not downloaded them. If a file is faulty, we fix it or refund you at any time.
Event tickets
If we cancel or move an event, every ticket is refunded in full, automatically.
If you cannot go, return your ticket from your order page up to 48 hours before the event and we refund its full price. The seat goes back on sale at the same price. We never resell a ticket for more than its face value, and we do not allow resale anywhere else.
Things made by other fans
Fans' work in the marketplace is sold by us on the maker's behalf, so the same rights apply and you claim them from us, not from the maker.
The Patrons' Wall
A full refund at any time until your name is lettered. After that, a refund means the lettering is taken down.

Tingle Press Ltd is not registered for VAT in the UK, so UK buyers pay no VAT.
