How far have you read?

Choose chapter

You are following the Slow Read, which begins with the Prologue on Saturday 10 October and reads a chapter a week. Read ahead? Choose the last chapter you have finished. The site hides anything from a chapter you have not reached; this is proof of reading, never of buying, and a library copy counts.

Every Friday at seven in the evening, your time, the Registry releases one file on one world. Each is signed by the clerk or scholar who wrote it, and each of them can be wrong.

The first Orb File is due on Friday, 6 November 2026, at 19:00 your time; then one each Friday.
